Eight years behind the bar and three SCA certifications later, Kent still believes coffee does not need to feel intimidating.
After three years at Slow Coffee, he co-founded CO2 Coffee Bar, where coffee met cocktails. In 2023, he brought that same curiosity to NOff—with a simpler question:
If coffee can taste like caramel and chocolate, why should it only ever end up in a cup?
At NOff, he focuses on making specialty coffee easier to understand, easier to enjoy, and naturally part of the table.

Every dish at NOff begins with a simple question: what would make someone want one more bite—and one more sip?
Yong began his kitchen career in 2016, working his way through restaurants, cafés, and fine dining. With culinary training at Cilantro and a background in design, he brings both precision and curiosity to every plate.
Since co-founding NOff in 2023, Yong has led the menu, kitchen, and the everyday systems that keep them consistent. Every pairing is tested, debated, and refined until it feels right.
